Ever since Gautam Gambhir was appointed as the head coach of Team India, the hottest topic of discussion was how he would have a conversation with Virat Kohli in the dressing room. However, it seemed like they are taking their bromance to a whole new level, and a glimpse during India’s first ODI of the three-match series against Sri Lanka spoke volumes.
The incident happened when Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill were in the middle to chase a below-par 231-run target. Kohli, ready to come at No. 3 with pads, gloves, and helmet on, was seen talking to Gambhir in the dressing room.

At the time of writing this, India are 74/0 after 10.5 overs, with Rohit batting on 55* off 36 balls. Shubman Gill, on the other hand, is on 15* off 29 deliveries, as the Men in Blue should not take much time to get the job done at R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium, Colombo.
